from WORK PLACE to WISE PLACE

From the industrialized society of the 20th century to the information society, and now the knowledge-creating society of the 21st century, the way we work is constantly changing. In particular, the evolution of the Internet and other technologies, global issues such as climate change, and demographic changes have fundamentally challenged business models and the nature of companies and organizations.

In 21st century, a knowledge economy society, co-creation is essential, in which value is created by networks of "individuals". There is a need for a shift from the conventional workplace to a "wise place" (a place for knowledge creation) where knowledge is co-created.

What is WISE PLACE

WISE PLACE is a place for knowledge creation through co-creation.

FCAJ will challenge the formation of an ecosystem that continues to generate innovation by linking three types of places: Future Center, where hypotheses are developed; Innovation Center, where prototypes are developed; and Living Lab, where social experiments are conducted.

Future Center is a place where industry, academia, government, and the private sector can transcend their boundaries to envision together from the perspective of the future and create hypotheses for practical application.

Innovation Center is a place to promote innovation through external co-creation by utilizing the company's own technologies and resources.

Living Lab is a place where social experiments are repeated and hypotheses are tested in the city where people actually live.
